Terms and Conditions for Cabot Executive Suites Ltd - Short-Term Rentals

Welcome to Cabot Executive Suites Ltd! These Terms and Conditions govern your stay at any property owned and managed by Cabot Executive Suites Ltd (hereafter referred to as "the Company"). By booking a stay with us, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Definitions
Guest: Any individual who books a stay at one of our properties.
Property: Any short-term rental property owned by the Company.
2. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. A confirmed booking requires a deposit of half of the total price at the time of reservation.
Full payment must be completed 5 days prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 11am on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests must provide valid identification and the credit card used for booking at check-in.
Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and undamaged during their stay.
No parties, events, or loud music are permitted without prior consent from the Company.
6. Maximum Occupancy
Each property has a specified maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit may result in immediate eviction without a refund.
7. Pets
Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties, subject to a pet fee. Pets must be kept off furniture without blankets and can only be left alone at the property if kenneled.
8. Liability
The Company is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property during your stay.
9. Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all properties. An additional cleaning fee of will be charged for any violation of this policy.
10. Damage and Security Deposits
Guests may be required to provide a security deposit before check-in. This deposit will be refunded after inspection of the property following departure.
Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
11. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during the booking process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available upon request.
12. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of significant changes prior to their stay.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Nova Scotia.
